One and all,
First we have issues with poor quality control, followed by disappointing warranty and customer service, then shoddy assembly standards coming to light. Increasing the price of a their wing nut option from £10 to £18. Now we have a ‘valued’ customer being charged (£19!) for a couple of wing nuts, which seemed to have been standard fit to the other 49 ‘Plus Four’ cycles?!
Come on Pashley, this just isn’t the way to do things. You are selling your cycles on a quality hand made British product platform with a loyal global customer base, and I for one am feeling let down!
Sorry for the rant, but I’m finding this all very disappointing.
