Afternoon Mr MGcC,

Looks like a rather pleasant day out, I’ve mentioned it to Mrs Adam and received a favorable noise.

Regards,

Adam

I hope Sir, Mrs Adam wishes to attend to marvel at the sporting prowess of those gentlemen ordinary racers.… and not just to watch the crashes !!! Surprised

Evening Gentelmen,

Mr MGcC, now you mention it, I wondered what she was doing in the shed with a handful of tacks and a can of Castrol.

Adam

Mr MGcC,

A little correction it’s Mrs Adam, Adams is a completely different family.

I love the idea of racing penny farthings!  Maybe I’m biased to craziness as I’m inclined to drive a 64 year old MG on modern highways… Confused

Cripes, there’s so much going on in the cycling calendar while I’m on holiday in Devon, the race for the Penny Farthing Championship Trophy being just one of them. What a fantastic spectacle, I hope there will be another next year. To those of you who will be attending, enjoy!

Kind regards,

Martin

Could this be the “Madam in Belgravia”, by the name of Morticia, that TCP speaks of in a topic elsewhere?

We already have two of our number involved of the funeral business and would welcome another!

Safe rides, DW.

Dear DW, no but it is her cousin.……

I didn’t know we had funerial specialists amongst our ranks. A club discount should be looked

at perhaps? An East End style finish to one’s days would be very fitting with the typical “Mum” or

Dad” floral arrangement replaced with “Guv”. A carriage pulled by two Guvnor outriders in black

top hat and tails. Magnificent!

Ride on.… carefully.

TCP.….….. could you let me have her contact details?

.….…..and yes those ‘final expenses’ can be dealt with both sides of the ‘Pond’ by GOC members — to your requirements. I must say I like the idea of a “GUV” floral tribute.

I really don’t want your or any other GOC members’ business yet!

So safe rides, DW.
